Information that helps resolve a problem:

Do not send customer records unless they are necessary for investigating the problem. Remove unrelated personal information wherever possible.

Make a privacy request

Use the Privacy route to ask how personal information is handled, request access, correction, or deletion, raise concerns about data processing, or withdraw consent.

If your request concerns a conversation with a BotSpace customer, identify the business whose chatbot or messaging account you contacted. That organization may be responsible for deciding how the information is handled.

Do not upload identity documents through the initial form. BotSpace may request verification later.

Report a security concern

Use the Security route for suspected unauthorized access, exposed credentials, security-relevant failures, suspected compromises, or potential vulnerabilities.

Where safe, include:

• Affected page or integration• Date, time and time zone• Concise description• Safe reproduction steps• Sanitized screenshots• Safe contact method

Do not include passwords, one-time codes, private keys or full access tokens.

Do not access another customer's information, perform destructive testing, disrupt the service, use social engineering or continue testing after confirming a possible vulnerability.

Travel emergencies

BotSpace is not an emergency-response service. Travelers facing an immediate health, safety or security problem should contact the responsible travel company, local authorities or the appropriate emergency service. The BotSpace contact form must not be presented as a live traveler-assistance line.

Can I contact BotSpace through the chatbot?

Yes, if the chatbot is operational. However, the web form remains available independently in case a messaging service is unavailable.

Can I send a password or access token to Support?

No. BotSpace should never request full credentials through the ordinary contact form.

How do I request deletion of personal information?

Use the Privacy route. If the info belongs to a BotSpace customer's workspace, identify that organization so the request can be routed correctly.

Is the contact form suitable for travel emergencies?

No. Contact the responsible travel company, local authorities or the appropriate emergency service.
